Loyalty is a web app, so you can add it directly to your phone without searching the App Store or Google Play.

iPhone and iPad

Add Loyalty using Safari

    Open Loyalty in Safari

    Visit Loyalty using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.

    Tap the Share button

    Open Safari’s sharing menu using the Share button.

  3. 3

    Select Add to Home Screen

    Scroll through the available actions and tap Add to Home Screen.

    Confirm the installation

    Make sure Open as Web App is enabled if the option is shown, then tap Add.

Apple does not currently provide an automatic installation button. Loyalty must be added through Safari.

Android

Install Loyalty using Chrome

    Open Loyalty in Chrome

    Visit Loyalty using Google Chrome on your Android phone.

    Tap Install Loyalty

    Use the installation button below when it is available.

    Confirm the installation

    Follow the confirmation message shown by Chrome.

    Open Loyalty from your home screen

    The Loyalty icon will appear alongside your other apps.

Do I need to download Loyalty from an app store?

No. Loyalty is a web app that can be added directly to your home screen using your phone’s browser.

Why is there no installation button on my iPhone?

Apple requires web apps to be added manually. Open Loyalty in Safari, use the Share menu and select Add to Home Screen.

Do I have to enable notifications?

No. Notifications are optional and Loyalty will ask for permission before sending them.

Can I remove Loyalty later?
